THE BEST FOR LAST
HAND CUT FILET … Center cut 14-16 oz. filet.  Grass fed grain finished Certified Angus Beef chargrilled to your liking.  This steak is house seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt and coarse black pepper. The outside is seared at extreme high temperature to lock in flavor and juices; it is then finished on the grill and served on a sizzling hot plate with fresh parsley and drizzle of hot butter.  Served with oven roasted broccoli, creamy garlic mashed potatoes, fresh baked bread and a house salad.
